TURBO DRYER ( TD 450 L ) GENERAL DESCRIPTION
FOR SUSPENSION DRYING OF FIBROUS MATERIAL LIKE BAFASSE, JUTE, COIR PITCH ETC. HAVING MAXIMUM MOISTURE CONTENTS 35% (WET BASIS).

The system consists of Screw Conveyor, Vibrating Screen, Feeding Hopper, Vane Guide, Conveying line including insulated drying column and conveying line through which wet or moist material is transported in the presence of hot air.

A powerful law pressure open wheel centrifugal fan assures sufficient resilience time for removal of excess moisture. Material to cyclone and discharged Air trap duct.
Standard Scope Of Supply
Vibrating screen.
Screw feeder in heavy gauge steel for regulated feeding of material into air stream with in feed hopper and material trap for removal of metal pieces and stones.
Turbo jet vane guide in flashing chamber for rotational movement.
Single suspension drying column for TD.
Large capacity low pressure centrifugal fan with replaceable blade impeller.
Air trap duct.
Motors for Screw, Vibrating Screen and Fan.
Control Panel for all the motors and temperature indication instrument.
